The Airflow Top is a lightweight summer top with a loose fit, wide sleeves and a boat neckline. It is worked from the bottom up and is elegantly finished with a delicate picot stitch.

In this pattern you will find written instructions and video tutorials that will help you in the most important steps.

Sizes
The pattern is explained in two sizes:

• Size 1: Recommended for sizes XXS – M (bust circumference: 75 – 100 cm).
• Size 2: Recommended for sizes L – 4XL (bust circumference of 100 – 140 cm).

The top pictured is worked in size 2 with a bust circumference of 90 cm. 

Finished Measurements (After washing and blocking)
Length: 36 (40) cm.
Total width from cuff to cuff: 110 (130) cm.

Note: Despite the sizes provided, you can easily customize the measurements to your liking. 

Gauge 
10 x 10 cm = 20 sts x 7 rows with 4.5 mm hook size in pattern pattern repeat. 

Hooks and tools
4.5 mm or size needed to obtain gauge. 
You will also need scissors, some stitch markers, a measuring tape and a tapestry needle.

Yarn
900 (1200) meters of DK weight yarn.
For my grey sample in Size 2, I used 2 balls and a half of Tencel (100%Lyocel, 200g / 450m per ball).

Please note: Yarn requirements are estimates and may vary depending on the type of fiber used or any customizations made to the pattern.
For this project, you can use various types of yarn, such as merino, cotton blends, pure cotton or viscose. It is important to select a yarn with a similar yardage to the one indicated and to always work a gauge swatch before starting. 
To ensure a lightweight garment and optimal drape, we recommend using yarns that are not too heavy.
